How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for hair products?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on wigs and extensions that are in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Are ManeWigs products made from 100% human hair?
Yes, our 'Premium Collection' features 100% Remy human hair. We also offer high-quality heat-resistant synthetic options which are clearly labeled in the product descriptions.
Can I use heat styling tools on my wig?
Human hair wigs can be styled with heat just like your natural hair. For synthetic wigs, please only use heat tools if the product is marked as 'Heat-Friendly' and do not exceed 350°F.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I choose the right cap size?
Most of our wigs are 'Average' size (21.5-22.5 inches) and include adjustable straps. We recommend measuring the circumference of your head before purchasing to ensure a secure fit.
